Plan Your Group Getaway

  • All groups at the Inn are operated under an All Meal Plan. This includes guest room, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Refreshment and snack service can be arranged for additional fee. Included is the use of our pool, public rooms, recreational facilities and equipment, one mile of trout stream and miles of trails for hiking, biking and cross country skiing. The All Meal Plan typically begins with dinner on the evening of your group’s arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure. For those who arrive early or stay late, our ala carte meals charges will apply. (Bar is additional and includes 12% facility fee and 8% tax.) Groups typically are placed on a Master Account, however, bar may be billed directly to the individual rooms.

  • First built over a century ago as a sporting lodge, the Beaverkill Valley Inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.  It offers a charming combination of period rooms, antique woodwork and comfortable furnishings.  There are six separate public rooms in the Inn, including a billiards room, an adjoining game room with TV lounge, a large living room with fireplace, full-service bar with adjoining lounge and a card room with fireplace.  Each of the 19 bedrooms have a handmade quilt, its own distinctive wallpaper, prints and antique furniture. The sum effect is one of understated elegance and calm.

  • At the Inn, we offer the perfect balance of productivity and relaxation. Host meetings in one of our two dedicated conference spaces—each designed to suit different group sizes—then step outside to unwind with a range of outdoor adventures. From guided group fly-fishing lessons and mountain hikes to lawn games and team-building activities, there’s something for everyone.

    Indoors, enjoy our heated pool, game room, fully stocked bar, serve-yourself ice cream parlor, modern fitness center, and indoor basketball court. For something truly special, our mountaintop tennis courts offer breathtaking views with every rally. Whether you're planning a retreat, incentive trip, or off-site meeting, the Inn has every detail covered.
